How We Charge for our Services


We work with a variety of fee structures, and we base our fees on variables such as complexity of the project, the potential project outcome and the expertise needed.

Other variables include:

~ the size of the project
~ the amount of pre-campaign planning
~ our marketing strategy assessment 
~ the time frame for completion

We will develop a long-term plan, create a list of priorities, and determine a time line for the project. We charge for work using one of the following methods, or we combine methods to suit your needs:

Fixed fee
We identify a specific sum to cover all costs, from campaign development, marketing analysis and collateral development to scripting, calling, reporting, recommendations and project summary. Depending on your project, we can usually offer you a flat fee for all of our services. 

Hourly fee
For this option, compensation is based on the actual time we expend on a project or specific service. Our hourly rate for consulting services ranges from $65 - $125 per hour, depending on the required services. Discounts are available for larger and longer term projects.
